----------------------------------------------------------- From: AjaySingala[Synergetics] Message 2 in Discussion Hi Mary, U do an "Imports" in VB.NET when you want to use some classes from an existing library by adding a reference to it and then creating objects of thosem classes. U can also create your own classes based on these existing classes. And to create such "new" classes which are based upon existing classes, you use "inheritance". U inherit the features of an existing class to create your own new class and then add new features to the new class. Also, "Imports" is a keyword in VB.NET. In C#, use use "using". And "Inhertiance" is not a keyword at all. It's an OOP concept. HTH.
