HI all,

i am working on a application which does a xml transformation using xsl.

the architecture of application is like the exe is placed on the server and each user
has a shortcut to this exe.

the application is like the user selects a xml files and it gets transformed using the
xsl placed on the server.

now my problem is i wrote some vb script in xsl to do some value mappings.

the xsl transformation fails saying that the security settings does not allow toaccess
data across the domains the db i am using is lying in the same folder as xsl.

in xsl the db source i have mentioned the unc path of the db like
servername/foldername/dbname.
as the exe is executed in the clients context.

now if i place the xsl in clients machine the transformation works fine.

so my query is how is the vbscript embedded in the xsl executed using what?

rgds
kamal
