Oracle Apps Finance Functional
Oracle Applications (release 10.7, 11 to 11i) consultant with specialization in
Financials. Should have been involved at least 1 life cycle implementation with
minimum of 1 year of experience in GL, AP, AR, CM or FA modules.
Strong client services orientation and be accustomed to taking an active role in
executing engagements. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Oracle Apps Distribution (OTR) Functional
Oracle Applications (release 11, 11i) consultant who has specialized in Distribution
modules involving Inventory, Purchasing, iProcurement, Order Management, Warehouse
Management and Shipping. Should have been involved in at least 1 implementation cycle
with minimum of 1 year of experience. Prior experience in manufacturing and/or
purchasing in an industry would be an added advantage.
Strong client services orientation and be accustomed to taking an active role in
executing engagements. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Oracle Apps Process Manufacturing (OPM) Functional
We need candidates who have significant experience in implementing OPM (11 to 11i)
modules, ranging from Process Planning and Formula Management, to Manufacturing
Accounting Controller and Quality Management, EAM and costing.

Oracle Apps Discrete Manufacturing Functional
Oracle Applications consultant (release 10.7, 11 to 11i) who has specialized in

have been involved in at least 1 with minimum of 1 year of experience. Prior
experience in manufacturing and/or purchasing in an industry would be an added
advantage.

Oracle Apps HRMS Functional
Oracle Application consultant (release 10.7,11 to 11i) who has specialized in the
following HRMS modules - Core HR, OTA, OTL, Compensation and benefits including
Advanced Benefits, HR Intelligence, ilearining, iRecruitment and Self service.
Implementation experience of Oracle Payroll or knowledge of Oracle Fast Formula will
give an edge. Should have been involved in at least 1 full cycle implementation with
minimum of 1 year of oracle application experience.
Prior experience/qualification in HR functions would be an added advantage.
Oracle Apps Technical all modules
Sound Knowledge of Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix. Table level knowledge of the concerned
modules in Oracle Apps 11i including functionality knowledge, process/data flow, base
tables, interface tables and standard APIs used for data conversion/migration related
to the modules. Experience in Oracle reports development. Experience in registering
forms, reports and concurrent requests. Knowledge of a version control tool and
Data-migration tools like (Datloader,SQL* Loader ) is desirable. Knowledge of Oracle
Apps 11i architecture and file structure is must.
Technical knowledge of Alerts, workflow and discoverer workbook will be an added
advantage.
Oracle Apps HRMS Technical
Sound Knowledge of Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix. Table level and technical knowledge of
the Core HR, Self Service HR OTA, OTL, Payroll modules of HRMS including functionality
knowledge, process/data flow, base tables, interface tables and standard APIs used for
data conversion/migration related to the modules. Experience in Oracle reports
development. Experience in registering forms, reports, concurrent requests and
development of custom Workflow is desirable. Expertise in PL/SQL cartridge, and usage
of oracle tools and utilities like ADE, ADI, Oracle Alerts, discoverer workbook is
must. Knowledge of a version control tool and (Data-migration tools like
(Datloader,SQL* Loader) is desirable.
Oracle Projects
Oracle Applications consultant (release 10.7, 11 to 11i) who has specialized in oracle
projects modules involving Internet time, Project Billing, Project Collaboration,
Project Contracts, Project Costing, Project Management and Project Resource
Management. Should have been involved in at least 1 implementation or with minimum of
1 year of experience.
Strong client services orientation and be accustomed to taking an active role in
executing engagements. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Project Managers
More than 6 yrs of experience in implementing projects in Oracle Applications. Strong
client services orientation and be accustomed to taking an active role in executing
engagements. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Oracle Apps DBAs/System Administrators
Oracle Applications DBA having experience in Installation, Patching, Cloning and
Upgrading. Good concept about Oracle RDBMS architecture and working knowledge is a
must. Preferably good knowledge in Unix or Linux. Oracle Application System
Administration (sysadmin) knowledge would be considered as plus. Should have at least
1 year of experience. Strong client services orientation and be accustomed to taking
an active role in executing engagements. Excellent communications skills, both verbal
and written.
Oracle CRM-Sales Service and Marketing
Experience in CRM foundation. Basic knowledge about Sales online ,marketing online,
customer support, i-store, sales analyzer, install base, i support, sales
compensation, partners online, oracle quoting, marketing encyclopedia. Understanding
about Industry specific CRM processes. Strong client services orientation and be
accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements. Excellent communications
skills, both verbal and written.
OTHER SKILL AREAS
-> Siebel (Technical & Functional) -> J2EE Architects
(EJB/JSP/Swings/Websphere/SOAP/XML/XSL) -> SAP (All modules;Technical & Functional)
-> Mainframes
Experience - At least 2-10 Years of IT experience with a reputed consulting
organization or with an industry in the development, maintenance, upgradation, testing
or production support projects.
Qualifications - BE/BTech/MCA [with B Sc & B Com]/ME/MTech/CA/MBA (with BE/BTech )/
MSc (Computer Science, IT,S/W, Mathematics, Electronics, Physics, Statistics)/ MCM
with B.Sc only/ PGDIT(2 years full time & approved by AICTE);
Special consideration for Oracle Apps 11i (Technical & Functional), Mainframe & SAP -
BSc with suitable functional skills with minimum 3 years of experience.
