----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on MumbaiUserGroup
----------------------------------------------------------- From: gymneels Message 1 in Discussion Hi, I am trying to create a windows service which will listen onto a private queue on the same machine. Creating and reading from a queue works fine through a desktop application, but if I try and do the same through a windows service, it just doesnt work. I cant even debug into the windows service to figure out what happens. Also if I create and read queue through windows application, I can view the messages posted by some other application in the queue through the Computer Management console. But the same - once I try to access it through the windows service, I get 'Access denied' message through the Computer Management console. I cant even delete the queue or modify access rights parameter for the queue through the service. Pls help. Need solution urgently! ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/mumbaiusergroup/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
