Troubleshooting existing products written in ASP.NET (VB.NET), ASP, VB6/COM, JavaScript/DHTML, MS SQL, and XML in a Microsoft environment. 2. Working with the team to derive technical requirements from business requirements. 3. Co-ordinating with the creative team to add value to user interfaces 4. Developing or enhancing current and new products in ASP.NET (VB.NET). 5. Working with the Project Manager to determine level of efforts. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a hands-on professional with the following qualifications: 1. 3-plus non-academic years programming experience. 2. 1-plus years Object-Oriented Analysis and Design experience on three or more projects. 3. 6-plus months of non-academic development in VB.NET and .NET framework (i.e., ADO.NET). 4. 3-plus non-academic years of experience development in ASP, JavaScript, Visual Basic and COM. 5. 2-plus years experience with MS SQL including Transact-SQL, stored procedures, views and relational database design knowledge. 6. 1-plus year experience development in XML/XSLT. 7. Proficiency using Visual Studio .NET, Visual Interdev and SourceSafe. 8. Proficient understanding of and experience with software development life cycles. 9. Proven track record of accurately determining programming level of efforts. Preferred: 1. College degree. 2. Good business acumen in addition to a technical intellect. 3. Ability to communicate clearly and present information effectively. 4.
