Hi,
I have wrote this Validation expression ^[a-zA-Z](.{0,500})$ for RE
to validate string length, it is working fine but does not allow enter
in it.
If we type data separated by enter then showing validation message
there are \n or \r chars for new line or carriage return but i dont know
where to concate exactly.
This is for validator --
<asp:RegularExpressionValidator ControlToValidate="OtherArea"
ValidationExpression="^[a-zA-Z](.{0,250})$" Text="*"
ErrorMessage="Invalid length of Other Area."
Runat="server" Display="None" ID="RegularexpressiOthearaor3" />
This is for Textbox --
<asp:textbox id="OtherArea" CssClass="TextBox" Width="152px"
Runat="server" TextMode="MultiLine" tabIndex="12" MaxLength="150">
waiting for answer....
Regards,
Vaibhav.
