Hi Amit,
 
Are you using bound DataGrid or you are populating it runtime. And what kind of data 
you want to merge.
If you are populating it runtime you can always merge your to fields in query 
(i.e select a + b as onecolumn from xyz) 

I am not sure if this is the best solution.
