At least tell us what are your technical requirements? I mean, you want to use ASP.NET or ASP? You want to still use MySQL or want to switch to SQL Server? For ASP.NET, you will need to install the .NET Framework and for better and faster development, Visual Studio .NET and code in ASP.NET I hope you do know .NET. If not, grab a book or go thru online resources and learn it first, especially ASP.NET. Second, choose a language. VB.NET or C#? If you know none, you gotta learn them first. Once you know all this, developing ASP.NET pages will be a breeze. HTH.
