I am using VB.Net

I was created a database in Access which has a field with datetime datatype.
I filled some records in that date as well as time. But when I was view
it in the datagrid. it shows only date not time. please tell me how to
show it in datagrid.

And how to show one perticular cell in different color.

( for example I have one marks field and if it is less than 40. I want
to show it in red color.)
