Hi , 1)VB6 has ADo and VB.net Has Ado.Net( Disconnected data
architecture) 2)In vb.Net Com concept is simplified 3)VB.net is pure OOP lang
where as vb is not 4)package & Deployment is enhansed more 5)Crystal Report
is added by def in vb.net 6)Multi Threading and Remoting is possible in
vb.net( I dont know whether remoting is allowed in vb )
