c:\dotnetfx.exe /t:%temp% /c:"msiexec.exe /fvecms %temp%\netfx.msi"
Copy the .NET frwk setup to the path specified or point the path to where the
setup is located and then just copy paste the above line to ur command prompt
or just paste it ot START > RUN > and press enter. This is to repair ur frwk.
This should resolve ur problems.
