1) Development Manager Bachelors in engineering degree (not
commerce, science, or arts). 5+ years of experience managing
enterprise software product development with teams of 8 or more
engineers.
Experience taking multiple software products from
conception through deployment at customer sites and through multiple
releases. Demonstrated ability to create detailed project schedules,
manage execution to them, and deliver quality products on-time. Experience
recruiting, hiring, motivating, and retaining top technical
talent. Excellent people management skills.
Technically strong on
Windows software development. Prior experience of at least 3 years as
strong individual software developer, has kept up technical skill set
and knowledge of NET/C#
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Experience writing
and reviewing detailed functional and design specifications.
Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others in an
organization.
Demonstrated ability to drive positive change in an
organization.
Able to quickly and effectively assess the risk and
return on decisions. Make high quality decisions based on data without
over-analyzing.
Solid, demonstrated knowledge of development
methodologies, bug tracking, configuration management, and development
tools
