Hi everybody, I am working on globalization and localization of
a web site. I am entering text in different languages in a textbox on a .aspx
web page. On pressing save button the text data is saved in SQL 2000 database.
(Text data in different languages is stored in a Nvarchar column in the
database) This works fine for most of the languages. When I try doing this
for Japanese characters, it does not work. The Japanese text is saved as ????
in the database. This means that the data is lost when I save it in the
database. Please let me know if someone has a solution to my problem. Also,
how do I run queries/stored procs in SQL query analyazer wherein I can use
Japanese text data as parameters. eg. Select * from Table1 where column1 =
'<Japanese text data>'. Thanks in advance, Bhavin
