Dear Indians,

Mr. Sinha, CEO Applitech Tendercity.com India Pvt. Ltd. (www.mpez.net)
has bought to the notice of Government of Andhra Pradesh the security
loopholes in eProcurement website www.eprocurement.gov.in it is using
for eTendering purpose. Because of the security loopholes it is
possible to mange tenders and surprisingly till date 10,000 eTenders
worth Rs. 38,000 Crore has been enabled on the same website. There are
100's of eTenders that are currently live and yet the Government of
AP continues to use it instead of pulling it down. It's only matter
of days now before the CBI starts investigation of eTendering scam (the
mother of all scam) and bring out the truth before the public at large
- because it's our money at the end of the day. Pl. find below the
letter I have sent to the IT Secretary of Government of Andhra Pradesh
and minutes of meeting.

As a Indian & as a Individual he has done his part by bringing the
scam/loopholes to the notice of IT Secretary of AP. Unless and until
you and I support him and the issue, the government machinery will not
wake up and act. Let's support him by sharing this mail with your
friends, colleagues and other people and let's hope this mails
reaches the right person who has the courage to start the investigation
and bring out the facts.

Yours truly,

A Responsible Indian Citizen
