Hi,   Its not a good idea to add columns in table dynamically at run time. 
Anyways I have the answer to your question,   Write a Stored Proc with 
accepting one parameter from user along with its type and store it in @ 
variable.   Now write a  alter table syntax with a add column syntax. Using the 
same add columns at run time.   Hope you got it. But I never tried the same. 
Its not a good idea.
