Hi Harshad,   I think you have not set the maxRequestLengh attribute in your 
web.config file.   This attribute must be set before uploading more than 4MB of 
data.So just set the value of this attribute in multiple of 1024 * x where x 
represent the no. of MB  you want to upload.eg : for 5 MB data value would be
