Pankaj, Since yours is a maintenance project, a copybook SDLC will not help.
But a more customized documentation solution is needed. Whenever you get a
new maintenance request, start by documenting the request information, the
impact of the request in terms of lines of code, number of files, explicitly
stating which files will be affected. Also, describe the test cases which will
be needed to verify the request. Maintenance Request Received
