need help regarding Windows Control in DOT NET 1.1

I need to make an Windows Control in DOT NET 1.1 which can be
used in asp.net page... the functionality which i need in that control is like
- it should have an Rich text box control
-user can print screen and paste the image onto that control above two things
is damn easy difficult part is followed below I want to update the image to
the database/ upload that image to server , if i write a method in control
then i cant do that due to Code access security issues .. now suggest me how to
upload/update the image to server/database... or how can we provide that image
paste onto that Controls RTF control as binary stream to asp.net page or
anyother way to do that. Please reply me asap or ur can mail me on my
