If yes, have you set the default export properties?. as there is no default PDF file handler in Windows. you can make sure that there is one. You can also check where the file is getting created and are you moving or saving it at different locations? Also, if you dont want to install the acrobat reader or any other PDF reader, then at least you can install the plug in for Internet Explorer, FireFox.
