Hi,
One problem could be that, you might have set some proxy settings in
internet connections.
In that case, check the bypass proxy for local addresses checkbox. You can
also add the system names to which the proxy should be disabled.

I am trying to create one new project or open existing project in
VS.Net 2003 and my os is 2003 server then i found the message Could not connect
to the web server. IIS is properly working. I have restart the IIS the register
with
ASP.NET with aspnet_regiis -i but yet same error fired. pz give me solution.
