Hi Manoj   I think the problem is due to the property Account. Which type of 
account you have selected for ServiceProcessInstaller? If it is User then it 
will ask for the Username and Password. If you do not wish that your Windows 
Service is User Account Dependent then, You can select Account property and Set 
its value as LocalService. This will cause the service to installed as run as 
LocalService.   I think this will help you !! or else revert back   Regards
