Basically, the doctor logs in and submits a ecg with patient details, this is then flagged and awaits admin to review. When the admin logs in he will be able to query all pending reports that need to be reviewed, he then reviews this report and submits it back to the doc. The doctor receives an email confirming that the report has been reviewed. The doc then logs back in and queries all recently reviewed reports which he can then print or keep on system for future ref. The docs login should also allow searching previously reviewed reports. This is the basic flow of the system, many other things need to be taken into account, such as, a new doc wanting to join the system he should be able to fill his details in on site which is stored on database and the admin will approve. Flagging of submitted reports, i.e pending, reviewed, re-submitted, etc...
