To be more specific, I automating the MS Word 2003 according to the business needs. Like adding Toolbars, Menus, Providing our own styles, formatting options etc. The application I am working on lets you create sections, sub-sections, banners etc while you are working in MS Word 2003. All the features are available thru a document action pane (which appears on the left hand side while it is made visible). One can also move these sections, sub-sections, banners depending on the need. Now, here is where we get most of the problems. Since the application just had one release so far it not much stable. You we get defects like characters get deleted when the you move anything like banners, section, sub-sections etc... And when we try debugging to find out the main cause of the issue it always takes time and in fact easy to find out. So, if you guys could understand what I have explained and want a more details let me know.
