Our Client currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate to work as Product Designer collaborating closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams. The Product Designer will be responsible for defining specifications for new functions for wireless client/server messaging applications, with focus on ensuring optimal end-user experience. This position is located at our client development office in Mumbai. Key responsibilities: Define and document technical requirements, use cases, and user scenarios for client and server applications. Analyze and consolidate inputs from product management, customers, partners, development, test and operations. Write and review technical documentation used internally and by customers, including compliance documentation and interface descriptions. Collaborate with development teams to ensure customers needs can be met in given time-frame. Analyze and review system architecture and design. Provide support to development, test and deployment teams as the requirements owner in reviews, product acceptance and similar activities. Assist in Trouble Report prioritization and resolution. Provide technical support to sales and account managers. Assist product managers in discussion with customers. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science. Experience in requirement definition and analysis; prior background in software development preferred. Experience in telecommunications, ideally in the development and commercialization of wireless client/server applications. Ability to pay attention to detail while applying efficient design practices. Strong communication skills, adept in giving presentations and working with internal and external customers. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent writing skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely in writing.
