Hi Ajit
You can do a couple of things to diagnose this issue:
1. Open you .svc file and check the following tag:
<[EMAIL PROTECTED] Service="Namespace.ServiceName"%>
This should match with the service name you provided in your web.config.
2. Next the place where you have defined the settings for BasicHttpBinding you
should look for the value of the contract field (This is your service contract,
it should be correct, I mean (namespace.contract name) for example
MyServiceNamespace.IMyWCFService.
3. Next you can check the service behavior tag in web.config. It should be like
this:
<service name="MyNamespace.IMyWcfService" behaviorConfiguration="MyWcfBehavior">
<serviceBehaviors>
<behavior name="MyWcfBehavior">
<serviceMetadata httpGetEnabled="true"/>
<serviceDebug includeExceptionDetailInFaults="true"/>
</behavior>
</serviceBehaviors>
It doesn't look like a timeout issue, if still the problem persists I would
like to see how you are doing the settings for basicHttpBinding i.e. in
web.config or programatically.
Thanks
Aman
