There are still several PC/SC functions (especially the newer ones) that
aren't implemented in pcsclite.  Many of them would be useful to me.
These include:

        SCardGetAttrib()
        SCardIntroduceCardType()
        SCardListCards()
        SCardState()
        SCardSetCardTypeProviderName()  // WIN 2000 & later
        SCardFreeMemory()
        SCardSetAttrib()

An update (and enhancement) of the included doc (which dates to 0.8.7)
would be great, too!
