Under Win2000 I did not have this problems. I think it might be a timing 
issue, since it works sometimes and sometimes it does not. That 
indicates that the code and driver should be ok.
What do you think the problem could be?

P.S.: Is it possible to download the newest firmware to the token? So I 
could verify that it is not a firmware issue?
