Actually, I use the GemXpresso RAD III with Linux. It is Java and will
run on Linux. See the mail list archives for my past findings with the
software.
In short, you need a specific release of the software in order to get
the packages for installation on Linux. Otherwise you need to extract
the files by hand and hack some shell scripts to run the Java programs.
