Joe:

I have what I think is the GEMPLUS GPR400, it is an IBM
Secureway card reader (PCMCIA). I recently was issued a DOD CAC
smartcard. How can I use it to read and interact with the CAC card?

Can I use the GPR400 and the CAC card to effectuate a logon to
Linux on my laptop?

Has someone written an FAQ on getting the GPR400 working?

for the record, what is your solution? Can you give us some details on
your system (eg. platform, Linux distro, version numbers) so we know
what works?

thanks,
