[Muscle] undefined reference to pthread

Hi all,
I'm having trouble installing many programs 'cause i keep on getting the same result below, so i've seen some solutions to this where they compile ( gcc -o -lpthread ....) so in the case of the smarttool-RSA what exactly do i have to compile with whatever options to make the thing work, i'm running Linux Red Hat 7.2. Any help in this would be really appreciated. Thankyou, please reply.
