[Muscle] Building Muscle on Windows

Are there any build instructions for the Muscle Framework on Windows? The source code is there, but the build system seems only to work under UNIX.

More specifically, Muscle on Windows links into the "pthreadVC.dll" library, and includes "pthread.h" in its source code. Where can I find this library?
