Hi all,
I�m new to this list and musclecard, so please answer me even if my doubts
are very simple.
I am working with musclecard applet on a JCOP20/16 smart card from IBM,
which is Javacard 2.1.1 compatible. It seems to work well in Windows but I
have problems with the number of keys I can generate inside the card. Has
musclecard applet a limit in the number of RSA keys?
I have been trying pkcs#11 with mozilla but it fails when importing the
certificate inside the card. Is a matter of capacity? How can I distinguish
a certificate inside the card? It�s a pair of keys and an object? What
software have I to use in order to generate a certifacate which I can
import inside the card?
I have also probed the applet with Linux, Debian 3.0r1 and Mandrake 9.
After compiling all of the sofware the problems are the same, but in this
case I cannot crypt with the card ("internal error") either. I use a Orga
ECO5000 reader which seems to work well with pcsc-lite. It�s a problem of
compatibility? Or something I have done is wrong?
Finaly, could anyone say me what are the smart card and the reader which
works perfectly with musclecard card applet under Linux and Windows? And to
loop the loop, does somebody compile pcsc-lite and musclecard into a PDA?
If yes, what card, what reader and what PDA?
