I do not understand. (My linux skills is limited.)
I got one delay.h in /usr/include/linux/ but not in /asm/. Copying delay.h 
to /asm/ is no good, as I get hundreds of errors when trying to compile.

Also tried to get glibc-2.2.5 for redhat, but this did not contain the 
delay.h
