In my rapidly expanding collection of smartcard readers and half
working drivers, I have an ACT30 reader from ACS - a USB dongle that
accepts a SIM card, and presents the client with a simple, half-duplex USB pipe for
sending T=0 APDUs over the control endpoint's IN and OUT packet types. There are ADPUs
for the reader's support for a memory card's clocked micro-instructions, and APDUs
for an asynchronous ICC.

(*) Someone once showed me a similar USB dongle, except one inserted a
7816-1 form smartcard into the back, rather than the SIM form
factor used in the ACT30. It was ugly, had "wings" to hold and guide the plastic
card, had a suitable smartcard present switch for the form factor, and looked
generally useful. It apparently supported the CCID USB class, probably from
omnicard.

Anyone recognise the description (*), and know where I can get one?
