I just release a new version of my GemPC smart card reader driver.
The major change is the support of the IFDHanlder API 3.0 i.e. the
IFDHCreateChannelByName() function. This API is included in
the not-yet-released pcsc-lite. You will need to use a pcsc-lite CVS
version to use it.

- GemPC430/libusb_wrap.c: reset the reader in case of timeout on
write (reader freeze?). Thanks to Patrick Valsecchi for the patch.
- use asymetric timeout for USB read and write. The reader/card may
be busy when we read (long timeout) but should be OK when we write
(short timeout)
