Of course I did not planned for the stupid bug some of you reported.
The 'make install' failed :-(
This 0.4.1 release [1] just solves this problem.
I also updated the CCID driver web page [2].

- distribute missing files readers/supported_readers.txt and
src/create_Info_plist.pl
'make install' failed because of this.
