hello all, I have a question concerning drivers. I know that most driver-userspace communication is done through nodes (usually in /dev/.... ) but this means you have to suffer the overhead of opening and closing a file. Is there a way to directly communicate with the driver (i.e. bypassing the node )? Any help is appreciated.
