Are you actually using this?

This really looks like the GetReaderCapabilities function (defined in
PC/SC part 5) I talked about in my first mail.

Unfortunately the "User Authentication Input Device" tag defined for
GetReaderCapabilities is not defined for SCardGetAttrib :-(

But we can define a new tag if needed.
