If someone wish to embed PC/SC Lite on small device such as PDA, or other devices I 
imagine 
he will prefer to save the memory also I am agree with that you suggest below.

Yes it is a good idea. You can propose a patch or submit the request for this feature 
on the 
PC/SC Lite project [1].
