The return code 6a 82 means application not found.
I'm pretty sure that, if you use the correct command
00 A4 04 00 0E
A0 00 00 00 77 58 35 30 39 23 56 32 2E 40
that it'll work.
You can also suspend the additional returned data by using 0x0C as a value for P2.
In other words :
00 A4 04 0C 0E
instead of
00 A4 04 00 0E
