[Muscle] Newbie question: Where to find an OP error code list?

I'm working with JCardManager on my GemPC430 reader trying to interact with the cardedge applet. When trying to delete a package from my card I got the following error:

OP.error.E4.6985

I can't find a list anywhere that tells me what these error codes mean. Any ideas?
