Hi,
I am a bit embarrassed to make a new release just 3 days after the
previous one :-{ but I think this is required. With the previous release
it was not possible to compile musclecard software without modifying the
application Makefile.
If your application Makefile contains:
CFLAGS = `pkg-config --cflags libmusclecard`
LDLIBS = `pkg-config --libs libmusclecard`
you will not be impacted by the header files move in /usr/include/PCSC/
but you will need this pcsc-lite 1.2.9 beta4 version.
Get the source code from [1].

. add pthread flags for compilation and link
. thanks to Ville Skytt� for these patches.
They are small but are mandatory to (re)compile muscleTools (and
others) without modification to their Makefile.
