The CSP sits atop PKCS#11 and works above the OpenSC PKCS#11 library as well.

Is your CSP is over the Muscle PKCS#11 Library or directly over the Muscle
library?
There is a open source project [1] begun recently to build a CSP over the OpenSC
PKCS#11 library.

We will provide the ability to use this for personal use by default
(non-distribution) and then a registration model for using this in a
corporate or for profit manner.

Do you plan to release the source code of these 3 stuffs?
