What are the consequences of allowing the CCID Exchange command to be
run through SCardControl?  Is that bad?  What does the command
do/allow/facilitate?

What happens when you do this?  Are the default settings what I want
or should I change them?  What is the setting that is most compatible
with existing applications?

Some of us still don't understand all aspects of all the different
library layers that are involved in the muscle/PCSC projects.  A
little extra information would be very helpful.  Thanks for all of
your contributions to the software.  I'm just trying to explain what
things look like from my perspective as a programmer who is not very
familiar with the project.
