I've tried muscleTool and when I verified my pin it let me use the crypt with
the keys, with out verifying my pin crypt gave "ERR: ComputeCrypt Failed !
(0x9C0D Unspecified error)" so it seems I at least have minimal communication
with the card.

Next up to compile libmusclepkcs11 and see if I can get mozilla to work with
it.

BTW will _assuming_[1] the commonAccessCard.bundle from Schlumberger was
developed from a version of the muscle applet (circa. 2002), should all
versions of muscleframework/libmusclepkcs11 work with it? i.e. is
muscleframework-1.1.5 backwards compatible with older muscle applet, and what
would the limits be? For now I will assume it is.
