One thing I didn't found out easily was the value of PIN 1. It defaulted to 0000000. Perhaps, this would be a great addtion to the readme of your bundle.

and see, what is happening. Recently some people from a local LUUG reported, that the loader does not work with e-gate cards with ATR
3B 75 94 00 00 62 02 02 03 01. Hope you do not have one of those...
They report success loading the mcard applet, after deleting everything that already was on that card; except the card manager, security domains and their loadfiles! I do not know, if it was a really good idea, but for those who are interested, here's more about that card:
