[Muscle] Why isn't CFlexPlugin included MuscleCard CSP Framework for Windows (1.1.5)

Hi, why isn't CFlexPlugin included and compiled into the  MuscleCard CSP 
Framework for Windows <http://www.identityalliance.com/products.html> 
(1.1.5) feamework package, I still use CryptoFlex e-gate 32K cards and 
need that plugin to get them work.
I've tried to compil myself .. but with no luck. In linux there is no 
problems cause there it's just to compil it. But in Windows I can't 
figure out why. So It would be nice to have a Muscle Framework with the 
CFlexPllugin still installed or a separate framwork with it comiled and 
instlled cause now there is only a link to the CPS. Or atleast get som 
help how to compil it on win and with what.. etc.
