The latest Gemplus readers use the CCID specification and can be used by my free software CCID driver [1] (like many other CCID readers). As I said in [2] Gemplus is providing a version of my driver with official support [3] for Linux (Red Hat WS 3.0 but they should be able to support another distribution). > I might have bought them a reader months ago if I had known that they > provided drivers.
