I think you can make my CCID driver [1] (for SCR 335 and GemPC-Twin) or
ifd-gempc [2] (for GemPC 430) should work after a bit of work on the
Info.plist file. The <array></array> is not supported by PCSC-Lite
1.1.1.

Why don't you want to use a recent pcsc-lite?
