Alright, so I'm using the Cyberflex Access 32 Loader to put the MuscleCard applet (CardEdge.ijc) onto the smartcard. It seems to chug along happily and eventually it finishes, but there is interesting output on the last few lines of the PCSCD debug output (see below). After it finishes I try to format again and get the same errors as before. Any thoughts?
